How it gets to you
Not by us. Here is who does it and what that changes.
The short version
We sew the pieces. Our retail partner stocks them, takes the payment and sends the parcel. Every buy button here opens their page, and from that point on the order is theirs end to end.
That is why you will not find a delivery table on this site. Rates, speeds and any threshold for free carriage are set by the partner, they vary by address and by what else is in the basket, and a number printed here would be out of date by the time you read it.
Where to find your timing
The delivery estimate shown on the partner page at checkout is the real one, because it is calculated for your address and the stock they are holding that day. Tracking appears in the same account once the parcel moves.
If a piece shows as unavailable there, it is out of stock at their end rather than discontinued at ours. Stock comes back without any announcement, so it is worth another look in a week.
Why we do it this way
A workshop this size cannot run a fulfillment operation and keep the pattern table busy. Handing the logistics to somebody who already does it well means we spend the day on cloth and seams, which is the part we are good at.
