The plain terms
What this site is, what it is not, and where the responsibility sits.
What this site is
This is the catalogue of the Orzbow workshop. It describes the pieces we make and sends you to our retail partner to buy them. The sale itself is a contract between you and that partner under their terms, not ours.
Prices, stock and delivery on their pages are theirs to set and to change. We copy price and availability across periodically, which means the figure here can lag behind. Take the partner page as correct wherever the two disagree.
Use the piece as intended
Nothing we make is a restraint, a harness, a car seat or a substitute for any part of one. Covers go over the outside of equipment that is already fitted correctly, and the instructions from the maker of that equipment take priority over anything written here.
Where a piece has a stated fit, a weight range or a placement rule, it is on the product page for a reason. Used outside that, it is not doing the job it was cut for and we cannot stand behind it.
What is on the page
We write the descriptions ourselves and correct them when they turn out to be wrong. Even so, a listing can carry a mistake, and a photograph can flatter a color. Spot one and tell us, and we will fix the page rather than argue about it.
Text, patterns and photographs here belong to the workshop. Brand names of strollers, seats and carriers mentioned for compatibility belong to their owners, and naming one is not a claim of any partnership with it.
