There is one address and no form. Letters reach us at the address below, and somebody who works on the patterns reads them, usually within a couple of days.
Useful things to put in: which piece of equipment you are trying to cover, its make if you know it, and what you want the cover to do. Photographs help more than measurements, because the thing we usually need to see is the shape of the hood.
If it is about an order
Orders are not ours to see. Payment, delivery and returns run through our retail partner, and their order page has the tracking, the invoice and the return option on it. Write to them first for anything with an order number attached.
If the answer you got there does not match what this site told you about a piece, that part is ours and we want to hear it.
What we cannot answer
We cannot tell you whether a particular accessory is approved for a particular car seat. No seller can. That answer lives in the manual for your seat and with the company that made it, and we would be guessing.
