How it is cut
These mittens stay attached directly to the stroller handle so your hands slide in and out as needed. We cut the outer shell from water repellent polyester pongee and line the interior with deep faux sheepskin over batting. Button tabs fix each side in place, and an elastic drawcord pulls the cuff close.
Handlebar button tabs
The mitten wraps around the stroller bar and fastens with heavy buttons. Your bare hands hold the bar inside the fleece rather than gripping over thick material, and the mittens stay put when you pull your hands out.
Faux sheepskin lining
We line the entire hand cavity with high loft faux sheepskin over synthetic batting. The fleece sits soft against the knuckles and fingers, holding warmth inside the sleeve while allowing your hands to slide free quickly.
Polyester pongee shell
The exterior cloth is woven polyester pongee that sheds drizzle and cuts through cold wind. The dense weave stops drafts from working through the seams, keeping the inner insulation dry during damp winter walks.
Cuff drawcord and washing
An elastic drawcord cinches the outer cuff to narrow the opening around your wrists. When soiled from outdoor use, the pair goes directly into the washing machine on a gentle cycle, drying flat inside the included storage pouch.
