How it is cut
A travel bag cut wide enough to take an infant carrier along with its anti-rebound base. We build the outer shell from dense Oxford fabric and line the panels with thick foam padding. The top zip runs around three sides so the shell opens flat on the floor when loading.
Padded panel construction
Thick foam fills the top, bottom, and side panels to cushion the shell during transit. We line the interior with smooth cloth that wipes down quickly after a trip.
Internal webbing and base
An adjustable buckle strap runs across the inside floor to hold the car seat in place. On the outside bottom, molded rubber foot pads keep the fabric raised off wet tarmac and rough floors.
Anti-rebound bar pocket
We cut an extended pocket at the top to cover the tall anti-rebound bar on modern infant bases. When packing a seat without a bar, this section folds down into standard exterior storage.
Backpack straps and card slot
Padded shoulder straps let you carry the loaded bag on your back, paired with reinforced webbing grab handles. A clear slip pocket on top holds an identification card in plain view.
