How it is cut
We build this travel bag from heavy Oxford cloth lined with thick foam padding and a reinforced base. The deep dual zip runs wide around the main panel so a seat drops straight in. Inside, adjustable webbed straps hold the seat in position, while padded shoulder straps and a waist belt take the carry.
Heavy Oxford shell
We cut the exterior from woven Oxford fabric stitched with reinforced seams at every strain point. The cloth takes scuffs and handling at the gate, while the padded walls cushion the gear packed inside.
Interior harness straps
A webbed strap with an adjustable buckle is sewn into the floor panel. It cinches across the car seat base to keep the seat from shifting inside the main compartment while you walk through the terminal.
Backpack carry straps
Broad shoulder straps with padded lining distribute the load across your back, paired with an adjustable waist strap. Heavy grab handles are box-stitched to the top and side panels for lifting into a car boot.
Outer card pocket
A clear sleeve on the front holds an identification card in plain view. We also added a side pocket for folding flat items, while the main opening uses two zipper pulls that run wide for packing.
