How it is cut
We built this footmuff to fit stroller seats through cold wind and wet weather. The dark gray shell sheds water while the inner faux sheepskin lining holds its thick loft. Multiple zip paths let the front drop away, while harness slots through the back align with standard stroller straps.
Extending bottom panel
A hidden zip along the lower edge releases an extra drop for longer legs. When zipped closed, the foot area stays compact. The bottom opens completely so muddy boots can hang out below the seam.
Plush inner lining
We line the interior with a faux sheepskin fleece certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. The pile holds loft through regular use and machine cycles. Unzip the front completely and lay the padded back flat on the floor as a mat.
Harness slot arrangement
Long hook-and-loop openings run down the back panel alongside two crotch strap positions. The harness passes through without needing to be disassembled. Textured backing across the seat panel helps keep the piece in place against the stroller.
Front fold back flap
The main front zip runs down both sides so the top apron can be rolled down and pinned with the front buttons. You can vent the top half during indoor stops without unthreading the back panel from the seat.
