How it is cut
We build this cold-weather stroller footmuff with three distinct layers. A weather-resistant shell blocks wind and wet snow, while inner insulation and coral fleece provide steady loft. The harness slots open wide for quick fitting on common stroller seats. When the day warms up, two-way zippers let you drop the top flap or open the foot area without taking the child out.
Triple-layer cloth construction
We layer a wind-resistant, water-repellent outer shell over high-loft batting and finish the interior with dense coral fleece. The materials are certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. This build traps warmth across the seat while keeping wet slush outside.
Two-way zip access
A full-length dual zipper runs along both sides and across the base. You can vent the bottom panel for muddy boots or open the front apron all the way down for quick changes while your stroller stays parked.
Harness slots and backing
The back panel features hook-and-loop slots aligned for standard five-point stroller harnesses. We stitch a textured backing across the rear surface so the piece stays put against smooth stroller fabrics rather than slipping down during walks.
Reflective trim and washing
We run thin reflective piping along the front seams to catch light in gray weather and at dusk. The whole bunting bag goes directly into a domestic washing machine on a gentle cycle, drying flat without losing its shape.
