How it is cut
We line this folding bath with smooth PVC over composite panel walls that hold their form through repeated folding. The base opens out wide with triangular side bracing to sit flat on the floor. When water time is done, the side plug empties the tub before it collapses flat for storage.
Composite wall panels
We build the tub walls from wood composite panels covered in durable PVC. The structure holds its shape without bowing when filled, and the green outer surface wipes clean with a damp cloth.
Wide braced base
The floor of the tub rests on an extra-wide base plate fitted with reinforced triangular bracing. It opens out flat across the floor to provide a steady, unyielding footprint while in use.
Side drain plug
A dedicated drain plug sits low on the side panel. You pull the stopper to let water run out directly into the floor drain or shower tray without lifting or tipping the full tub.
Flat folding frame
The walls fold down along their hinges into a slim rectangular pack. It tucks flat against a bathroom wall, slides into a closet, or packs into luggage between trips.
