How it is cut
We build this piece around a hard outer shell and a separate wheeled frame that clicks apart when you only need the bag. The seat panel tilts forward slightly and carries a dense foam cushion across the top. A side expansion zip opens up the main compartment when you need extra depth for packing.
Hard shell build
The outer case is molded from a PC and ABS blend in bright yellow. It takes bumps and scrapes along terminal floors, while a perimeter zip runs the full opening to lay both sides flat for packing.
Detachable seat frame
The seating attachment unclips completely from the main luggage body. You can roll the suitcase alone or keep the trolley frame fastened with its built-in foot rests and hand holds when your child rides along.
Expansion zip track
A secondary zip runs along the middle seam of the case. Opening this track lets the gusset expand outwards, giving you deeper packing volume inside the lined interior pockets without changing the wheel base.
Cushioned top panel
We padded the seat surface with a layer of dense foam that holds its shape under pressure. The front wheels spin fully in all directions while the pull handle extends straight up from the back frame.
