How it is cut
We stitch this canopy from a fine hexagonal mesh that lets daylight and breeze through while covering the seat from top to rim. Two flexible internal ribs hold the mesh up off the frame, creating an open dome over the seating area. A continuous elastic band runs the whole lower edge to grip the stroller rim, bassinet, or carrier shell.
Arched rib structure
Flexible resin strips are stitched into the upper seams to form a freestanding arch. The canopy pops into shape on its own, holding the fine mesh up away from the seat so fabric does not sag inward.
Center two way zip
A two way zip runs down the middle of the front dome. You can open the canopy from top or bottom to reach inside without loosening the elastic hem or lifting the net off the frame.
Continuous elastic hem
The deep lower skirt is finished with a wide elastic channel that stretches over stroller canopies, bassinet rails, or carrier handles. Built-in tie straps anchor around frame bars to keep the skirt seated around the perimeter.
Washing and folding down
The mesh and resin ribs twist down flat with a simple figure eight fold to tuck into a pocket or bag. When soiled, rinse the net in cool water with mild soap and hang it flat to air dry.
