How it is cut
This pad sits directly against the seat base and back rest to draw down surface heat. We bind cool-feel polyester across both faces around a sealed inner layer of cooling gel. Harness openings run through the center so straps pass straight through without bunching.
Reversible face cloth
We cut both faces from the same smooth polyester weave. When one side gathers crumbs or drips during a trip, flip the pad over and use the other. The bound edges keep both faces flat.
Inner cooling gel
Between the outer fabric layers sits a sealed core filled with cooling gel. The middle barrier stops spills from soaking through to the seat cloth underneath. Chill the pad briefly in the refrigerator before setting out.
Harness pass throughs
Pre-cut openings line up with standard three-point and five-point harness setups. The pad drops over the seat and the straps thread through the slots without extra hardware. It lifts away cleanly at the end of the day.
Care and drying
Sponge the pad down or soak it briefly in cool water with a mild soap. Hang it flat to air dry away from heat sources. We do not recommend washing this piece in a machine.
