How it is cut
This pad sits directly in the seat bucket before loading. We sew four dedicated internal pockets to hold direct-fill ice packs, backing the Oxford cloth top with foam aluminum foil and a polyester cotton underside. The inserts pull out when you need to air dry the outer shell.
Layered cloth panels
The top face is gray Oxford cloth joined to a foam aluminum foil layer. On the reverse, we use a polyester cotton weave that absorbs moisture from the seat surface.
Four pocket layout
We stitch individual compartments across the body to hold four ice packs flat. Each insert slides out through its own seam opening before you fold or wash the piece.
Folding for travel
The panel seams between each pocket act as natural hinges. The whole pad folds down flat into a small square that tucks into a bag when the seat is occupied.
Care and drying
Take the four chill packs out before cleaning the fabric shell. The empty cloth case wipes down with a damp rag and dries flat on a line.
