How it is cut
We built this wheeled cart to move a baby car seat through the airport without carrying it by the handle. The flat deck folds down thin to pack inside a trunk or carry bag. Four multi-directional wheels track under the base as you push or pull, and the handle telescopes out to match your stride.
Four-wheel base
The deck sits low on four universal wheels that turn in any direction. They roll smoothly across flat airport floors whether you hold the handle upright to push or lean it back to pull behind you.
Telescoping handle
The metal handle bar slides up and locks at different heights with a top release button. You can set it to your natural reach and lower it back down against the frame when packing.
Strap and cord ties
Two flexible cords and a broad webbing strap run around the car seat shell and hook directly into the side anchor points on the base, holding the seat flat against the platform as it rolls.
Flat fold deck
The wheel plate collapses down into a thin, flat rectangle when unhooked. It slips right into the boot of a car, a large backpack, or a travel duffel when the seat is installed.
