How it is cut
We stitch this table chair with a dense blue oxford shell and a cotton padded seat over a light aluminum alloy frame. The arms clamp directly to the table edge, and the matching tray snaps off when mealtime is done. It packs flat into its carry bag once unhooked.
Blue oxford cloth
The outer seat is sewn from blue oxford cloth that wipes down after meals. A mesh panel across the bottom helps air move through the seat cushion during long sittings.
Padded shoulder straps
We widen the webbing on the five point harness and slide padded cotton sleeves over the shoulders. The straps adjust through central buckles to fit over light shirts or thicker knit sweaters.
Removable food tray
The front tray snaps over the frame arms and lifts clear in one motion for washing at the sink. It leaves the table surface clear underneath while keeping food within reach.
Washing the cushion
The fabric seat unhooks from the aluminum frame when deep cleaning is needed. It goes into the washing machine on a gentle cycle, then hangs dry before slipping back over the tubing.
