How it is cut
We sew this pop up canopy with high-density mesh and a fully enclosed floor panel. A flexible internal frame springs open on release, creating a freestanding tent over a mattress or cot. Arched zip openings run down both long sides so you can get in from either direction.
Double filament mesh
We use a fine 50D double-filament mesh across the upper panels. Air moves through the knit while the weave stays tight across the entire arch of the frame.
Enclosed floor panel
The base cloth runs wall to wall in one piece. We stitch the fine netting directly into the bottom floor seams, fully closing off the interior space from the sleeping surface beneath.
Dual side doors
Large curved zips open on both side walls. You step straight in rather than crawling through an end flap, and small corner zip ports let charging cables pass through the lower edge.
Folding down flat
The fiberglass frame twists down into a flat disc for packing. It slides into your travel luggage without bent stays, and the gray cloth wipes clean with a damp rag.
