How it is cut
We cut this fine white mesh specifically for the four passenger wagon frame. The canopy drops straight over the top rails and draws tight along the lower rim. An elastic border works with sewn tie straps to anchor the edges without sagging into the seating area.
Fine white mesh
The body is a lightweight open weave in solid white. Air moves through the fine apertures across the full wagon width while keeping leaves and bugs outside the frame.
Elastic skirt and straps
An elastic hem wraps the outer perimeter of the wagon wall. We stitch adjustable tie straps into the corners so the mesh pulls down flat against the corners and stays seated.
Four passenger cut
The panels are tailored to the profile of the W4 wagon. The boxy shape leaves interior room for hands and heads instead of draping loose across the wagon seats.
Travel storage bag
The whole piece rolls down small when the outing is done. We pack it in a matching drawstring bag that tucks flat into the wagon rear basket or a side pocket.
