How it is cut
We sew this white net canopy to arch over playpens, portable cribs, and bassinets. Flexible POM rods hold the top open so the open-weave cloth stays high above the mattress. An adjustable lower edge gathers around the frame rails, and a long center zip lets you reach inside without pulling the whole cover away.
Arched support rods
We insert solid POM rods through dedicated casing along the upper seams. These hold the mesh up in a dome over the crib rails, keeping the fabric from sagging into the center.
Open weave mesh
The white mesh uses a honeycomb knit that stays open to room airflow. You can see through the cloth clearly from across the room, and the fine openings create a continuous physical barrier across the top.
Two-way center zipper
A long zip runs right through the center of the dome panel. It uses two smooth pulls so you can part the top to set bedding down, or unzip one side to lift your child in and out.
Adjustable base skirt
The bottom perimeter is cut wide to drop over the playpen rim. We build an adjustable fastening system around the edge so you can draw the skirt snug against different frame shapes.
