How it is cut
We build this piece with thick padding running through three walls and the bottom panel to take the scuffs of travel. The outer shell is heavy black oxford cloth that sheds grime. Inside, an adjustable strap holds the infant seat and its base steady while the top pocket zips over the anti-rebound bar.
Heavy oxford outer cloth
We cut the exterior from thick oxford weave cloth finished in black. It resists tears along luggage ramps, and rubber feet on the bottom panel keep the fabric lifted off wet terminal floors.
Three sided padding
Dense foam runs through the top, bottom, and three side panels. This cushioning stays stitched between the lining and outer cloth so it does not bunch up when you slide the car seat inside.
Anti rebound pocket
A dedicated top pocket zips open to wrap over tall anti-rebound bars on modern bases. When your seat does not use a high bar, you zip it closed to hold loose travel items instead.
Straps and side pockets
We sew wide padded carry handles into the main seams, plus an internal strap that buckles across the seat frame. Outer side pockets hold small essentials, and a clear slot displays your travel tag.
