How it is cut
We stitch a smooth blue face fabric over an inner layer of flexible honeycomb TPE that springs back when pressed. An open weave middle layer lets air pass through the core. Four sewn harness openings let stroller or seat belts thread flat against the pad.
Honeycomb core and mesh
We layer an open weave mesh between the smooth face cloth and the inner TPE grid. The open honeycomb structure compresses under weight and springs back, letting air move through the body of the pad.
Four harness openings
We cut and bind four harness slots down the length of the back panel. Stroller straps thread straight through without bunching the edges, keeping the pad flat against the seat back.
Blue outer cloth
The outer blue fabric is woven tight for a smooth, cool hand against summer clothes. We bind the outer edge with matching bias tape to keep the perimeter flat against seat cushions.
Washing and hanging loop
The whole pad rinses clean in cool water. We sew a webbing loop into the top seam so you can hang it up to drip dry between outings.
