How it is cut
We stitch this reversible pad with an open weave polyester face over a layer of EVA and gel beads. It drops directly onto the stroller seat, with harness slots cut to take three-point or five-point webbing. A top elastic band hooks over the backrest to hold the liner upright.
Open weave face
The light blue snowy scenery pattern is printed on an open weave polyester cloth. We bind the outer edge with flat tape to keep the perimeter neat, and the pad flips over to use either side against the stroller seat.
Gel bead inner
Inside the sealed chambers sits an EVA layer paired with open weave gel beads. You can place the pad in the refrigerator before a walk, checking that the surface stays above freezing before laying it into the stroller.
Harness pass throughs
Three harness openings are stitched through the body to line up with standard stroller straps. The straps pull through without needing to be unthreaded from the frame, while an upper elastic strap loops over the seat back.
Storage and washing
We include a fabric bag so the pad rolls up and packs down between outings. For cleaning, soak the pad briefly in mild detergent and water, wipe the outer face clean with a cloth, and let it dry flat in the air.
