How it is cut
We cut this seat liner with a smooth top fabric over an open weave honeycomb core. It drops straight into the stroller seat or bouncer, with pre-cut harness slots that let straps thread through without bunching. When wash day comes, it rinses out and hangs from its own back loop.
Honeycomb interior core
The inner layer is molded from flexible TPE in an open cell pattern. It flexes under weight, springs back immediately when unloaded, and leaves open channels for air to pass behind the child.
Cooling surface cloth
We cover the top face with a flat, smooth knit in soft green. The weave stays slick to the touch, and the bound edge keeps the perimeter seam flat against the chair frame.
Four harness slots
We reinforce four pre-cut openings down the length of the back and base. The carriage straps pass straight through so the pad rests flat against the seat bucket.
Washable hanging loop
The whole pad can be washed down with water. A small webbing loop sewn into the top edge lets it hang flat from a line or rack to drip dry.
