How it is cut
We sew this cover to stretch over the rim of an infant carrier. The outer shell is black pongee that sheds drizzle, lined on the inside with thick berber fleece certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. A deep front zip runs the length of the top panel so you can reach in quickly.
Pongee and fleece
The outer face is tightly woven black pongee, paired with a plush berber fleece lining that holds its loft through cold weather. The textiles are certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
Front zip run
Our two-way front zip opens from either end. You can pull it up from the bottom to check boots, or run it down to open the top panel wide when coming inside.
Fold back collar
The top flap folds down and holds with sturdy metal snaps. It keeps the face clear when pinned back, or sits closed against wind and flurries when drawn up.
Harness pass through
Long hook and loop slots along the back panel accommodate both three and five point harness straps. The whole cover lifts off cleanly and washes in the machine on a gentle cycle.
